"FRESHNESS" is the watchword at La Saline, where we take pride in using as many fresh ingredients as possible from local artisans. All our dishes are prepared to order: slicing the cold cuts, cutting the cheese, making the accompanying sauces, and cooking the crêpes to order. Our lasagna is homemade, as are all the sauces that accompany our pasta and meat dishes. We offer high-quality meat as well as a wide selection of paellas (another specialty).
